Prof Jane Dacre elected president RCP

On 14 April 2014, Professor Jane Dacre, Winner of the 2012 Medicine/Healthcare category was elected president of the Royal College of Physicians.   There were 10 candidates in total, 4 of whom were female.  Prof Dacre becomes the third female president in the RCP’s history and was elected with 1,848  of the 4,933 cast.
