Who are Women in the City?

Gwen Rhys: Founder and Director of Women in the City. She has over 30 years’ business experience intertwining periods of corporate life and self-employment and set up Networking Culture in 1996. Gwen works with a wide range of organisations to support effective personal networking and the development of internal and external networks.

Roger Hacker: Director of Women in the City.  Roger has been involved with Women in the City since its launch.  At that time the Managing Director of a successful City catering company, Roger is an accountant by training and in that capacity worked for many years in the construction industry before opening a delicatessen and developing his catering business.

Together Gwen and Roger have developed a virtual team of experts to support the development of Women in the City. These include
