THE JUDGING CRITERIA

Candidates must be women working in one of the Award Categories and be based within the City of London, Canary Wharf or Mayfair. 

Level 1:  The Category Awards - Internal orientation
Category Award winners are selected on the basis of their written applications and an interview with an industry specific panel and must be able to demonstrate:

Leadership ability
Evidence of growing females in own team and/or within the organisation
Ability to build and nurture networks



Level  2:  The Woman of Achievement Award - External orientation
Category Winners who can also demonstrate the Level 2 criteria shown below, form the short-list for the overall Woman of Achievement Award and will be interviewed by a member of the main Judging Panel.

Impact and visibility in their sector
Willingness to support progress of women in the wider business world
