There are three Women in the City Awards

Future Leaders Award

A maximum of 10 Candidates are selected on the basis of their submitted Application forms to be interveiwed by the Judging Panel. Of these Candidates,  5 become Award Finalists and one selected as the overall Winner.  

Woman of Achievement

The winner of the Woman of Achievement Award is selected from the Women in the City Category Award Winners. She will have undergone an exceptionally rigorous judging process in 3 parts which a previous winner has described as "One of the toughest interviews of my career."

Parity Award

The Parity Award recognises an exceptional WOMAN or MAN working at managerial level who can demonstrate that s/he has made a significant personal contribution to or impact upon culture change within his/her team, department, organisation in order to enhance gender equality and support a culture in which women can and do thrive.
