Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received up to 8 weeks before the event will be repaid in full. Cancellations after that day will be refunded at the discretion of Networking Culture Limited and will be subject to an administration fee of £15. It is regretted that cancellations made after 4 weeks before the event will be liable for the full ticket cost. You may send a substitute guest at no cost.
