Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event date will be repaid in full. Cancellations after that day will be refunded at the discretion of Networking Culture Limited and will be subject to an administration fee of £15. It is regretted that cancellations received within 10 days of the event will be liable for the full ticket cost. You may send a substitute at no cost
