Networking Culture Limited reserves the right to refuse any offer to purchase its goods made by you through its website or other media. Should Networking Culture Limited, as the Provider, choose to accept your offer to purchase, then an acceptance will be sent to you by email within 24 hours and a receipted invoice will be posted within seven working days. If you have paid by credit or debit card the card's receipt will be attached to the invoice.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, simply contact us, or return the product by registered post, within 10 working days of the event paid for. Returns made after this date cannot be refunded.
Delivery
Please allow seven working days for delivery of your tickets or other details confirming our acceptance of your offer to purchase. All tickets will be subject to availability and postage and packing is included.
