By paying meticulous attention to detail we ensure everything runs smoothly and to time. A few days before the Lunch you’ll be emailed a Venue Location Map, a Full Delegate List and a reminder of the Lunch Format. On arrival, you’ll be greeted, handed your name badge and invited to leave personal items in a secure cloakroom.
You’ll be announced by the Beadle to the Host, Gwen Rhys, before joining the Reception where you’ll have an opportunity to enter the fabulous Prize Draw and meet other guests. The Beadle leads the Lunch’s Host and Principal Guest(s) to their seats in the Dinning Hall whilst you stand and greet them with a City tradition – a slow hand clap.
Following Grace, your meal will be served at your table and after the formal Toasts the Keynote Speaker will make a short presentation. The Lunch concludes with the Jaguar Woman of Achievement Award followed by the Prize Draw.
