
Kimberley Matalon
Human Resources Director, Barclays Capital
Kimberley joined Barclays Capital in March 2004. She is currently responsible for managing four Centres of Excellence (CoE) within Barclays Capital that focus on ensuring the attraction and retention of Talent within the Firm. The CoEs are: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management and Diversity.
Before joining Barclays Capital, Kimberley spent many years as a consultant within the Financial Services practice of Booz-Allen & Hamilton. In her last four years with the company, she made a career switch and co-managed the London office's HR function.
Kimberley has a BSc in Economics from Wharton as well as an MBA from Stanford University. Kimberley grew up in Jamaica and therefore enjoys spending all her free time by the sea with her husband and her three girls.

Tom Kalaris
Chief Executive, Barclays Wealth
Chief Executive of Barclays Wealth, Tom Kalaris became a member of the Barclays Group Executive Committee in November 2009.
Prior to taking up his current position in January 2006, Tom was Chief Executive, Americas, and Head of Distribution and Research at Barclays Capital, based in New York. In addition, he oversaw all of Barclays investment and wholesale commercial banking activities in the Americas.
He joined Barclays in September 1996 after 18 years at JP Morgan where he held a number of roles, including Head of Fixed Income Sales, Trading and Research, and was responsible for all activities with investors in the United States.
A graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Tom Kalaris received his MBA from the University of Chicago. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Dickinson College, the Groton School and Kieve Affective Education, Inc.
