Personal and professional development at Women in the City Symposium

This year we’re annmouncing our Future Leaders Award Finalists and Winner on 11 July with a Celebration Breakfast and Symposium on the topic The Global Leader.

Held at Carpenter’s Hall (8.30am – 12.30pm)  in the heart of the City the Breakfast & Symposium will enable those attending to network with our 10 Future Leaders Award short-listed candidates and their guests as well as our  Sponsors and their guests and other attendees.  It will be an opportunity to network, learn and celebrate talent and achievement.

Symposium panellists

The panellists include:

Richard Cook an international cultural management consultant of Global Excellence Ltd who,  as well as asking some challenging questions,  will be offering tips and tools for Developing your Cultural Savvy.

Amanda Murphy, HSBC’s Head of Business Banking who will be tackling the increasingly important topic of Managing the Dual (or should that be Duel!) International Career.

Bev White, Managing Director, Penna Career Services, Penna has entitled her presentation Snakes and Ladders – How will you play the game?

Keynote Speaker

We’re delighted that our 2011 Future Leaders Award winner Leire Jimenez Ayesa, CEO Asia-Pacific Mapfre Group and the 2014 Future Leaders Award Winner will be presented with her Prize by Alderman Dr Andrew Parmley.
