Partner, A.T. Kearney
Professional Services Category Winner 2014
I am delighted and honored to receive this award. I think the award really belongs to many women in my company who are contributing to our business success.
My work as a partner and a Chair of the European Women network would be missing vital ingredient without inspiration, sense of purpose and support I receive from each one of them. Secondly, I truly believe that if we promote women’s achievements, support women and inspire girls we will embark on a virtuous cycle and reach “post gender” economy where women achieve comparable representation across sectors, functions and seniority levels.
This inclusivity will bring innovation and competitive edge to British companies. It is both social and business imperative that needs to be high on everyone agenda.
